1) Use The Power Of Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations, or positive self-talk, are commands that you pass from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind, that you either say out loud or to yourself, with emotion and enthusiasm to drive the words into your subconscious mind. It has been a hot topic in society as it soon becomes a spiritual revolution where more people are practicing meditation and relaxation.

Positive affirmations sound like instructing yourself to follow new operating instructions, you can repeat positive affirmations over and over to turn it into a habit. Over time, this process will be instantaneous and you can easily motivate yourself or get yourself into a state of focus to get things done quickly. While it might sound like pseudoscience, even encouraging yourself once a day will help you feel much better about yourself and feel more motivated. This equates to minutes of self-doubt or uncertainty saved.

By incorporating positive affirmations, it will transmit into your subconscious mind and then your body motion ( external behaviors) will start to reflect your mind ( internal programming ).

“An affirmation is really anything you say or think. A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and doesn’t create good experiences for us. We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives.”- Louise Hay

2) Visualize Your Daily Goal

Visualization is mental practice to picture the same regions of the brain are stimulated as when we perform it and the same neural network is created as real pictures appear in our minds.

Mental pictures almost immediately influence your subconscious mind. Begin to see yourself as well organized, efficient, and effective in time management.

So when you’re in real life, try to recall and recreate memories and pictures from this morning visualize. Play this picture of yourself over and over again on the screen of your mind.

When you walk into the office, you should work the entire time you’re there. Be pleasant and friendly to your co-workers, but get to work right away and work until you are finished.

By doing this, you’ll get on top of your work and will walk away feeling accomplished at the end of your day. When you don’t have lingering tasks to worry about, since you’ll have worked as hard as you could have during your time in the office, you’ll be left with plenty of quality time to spend with your friends and family after work.
