Position Available: Account Executive 

Job Description

  • Maintain full set of accounts, including AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reonciliation, etc for SMEs.
  • Handle returns, income tax submission, GST quarterly report and filing
  • Able to prepare financial statements
  • Able to communicate and liaise with clients independently
  • Liaise with corporate tax agents, auditors and related government agencies
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in accounting or audit firm

Job Description

  • Head the Audit Division and provide guidance and coaching to Audit Staffs
  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients and reviewing of files
  • Participate in business development of the practice
  • Conduct Audit & Tax training
  • Responding and attending to all technical & customers’ queries
  • Problem solving for the Division and staffs

Requirements

  • Min. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Position Available: Business Advisory Associate (XERO)

Job Description

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries (Phone, Email and Marketing)
  • Demonstrations on Xero to showcase the features of Xero and highlight the advantages of Xero
  • Content creation and delivery of presentations/demonstrations/training guides/videos on Xero
  • Implement Xero software for clients which includes setting up Xero, migration of data to Xero and integration of Xero to add-ons available
  • Provide Xero training to internal and external parties
  • Provide support to clients on Xero and related accounting queries or requests
  • Champion your own ongoing professional development, ensuring your product knowledge and technical expertise remains relevant so you can continue to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to our customers
  • Keep abreast of new software functionality being released by Xero

Job Description

  • Assist clients to better understand and define how the relevant statutory and regulatory obligations translate into the need for current business financial controls
  • Provide inputs in terms of requirements in the event of new areas of compliance and development of services compliance
  • Review audit findings and evaluate information in the context of our business environment and industry requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to provide guidance on cost-effective service implementations
  • Conduct strategic analysis and risk assessments to ensure controls are implemented and operated in accordance with industry best practices

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma with minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting/ consulting experience
