GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant: What Singapore Businesses Need to Know
The Singapore Government is encouraging businesses to adopt digital invoicing through the GST InvoiceNow initiative. To help eligible companies transition smoothly, a GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant of S$1,000 will be available from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2030, or until the grant budget is fully utilised.
If your business is GST-registered and meets the qualifying criteria, this grant can help offset the costs of implementing an InvoiceNow-ready solution and preparing for future GST InvoiceNow requirements.
At WLP, we help Singapore SMEs understand the eligibility requirements, implement compliant InvoiceNow solutions, and prepare for grant qualification.
What Is GST InvoiceNow?
GST InvoiceNow is an enhancement to Singapore’s InvoiceNow network that enables businesses to transmit invoice data electronically and securely. The initiative supports faster invoice processing, reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and streamlines GST reporting requirements.
By adopting GST InvoiceNow early, businesses can improve operational efficiency while staying prepared for upcoming compliance obligations.
